Uche Onochie is a pastor, apostle, author, and one of Africa's most distinctive voices on faith-integrated marketplace leadership. As the Founder and Leader of Marketplace Apostles International, he has dedicated his life and his ministry to the grooming of a generation of African marketplace leaders who understand that their business, their career, and their institutional influence are not separate from their faith but the primary arena in which their faith is expressed, tested, and proven.
He serves as the CEO of the Make in Nigeria Project, an initiative dedicated to advancing indigenous manufacturing, entrepreneurship, and economic self-determination in Nigeria. He is also the Group Managing Director of Madisson Energy Group, where he applies the same principles of kingdom-integrated leadership that he teaches to the building and management of commercial enterprises in one of Africa's most strategic sectors.
As a life, business, and leadership coach, Uche Onochie has worked with hundreds of individuals across Nigeria and the broader African continent, helping them to identify their kingdom assignment, develop the competencies their calling requires, and build the kind of marketplace presence that transforms not just careers but communities, institutions, and nations. His coaching methodology integrates deep scriptural grounding with rigorous strategic thinking and the hard-won wisdom of his own journey in the marketplace.
He is the author of Sonship in the Marketplace, the foundational first volume of which Born to Reign: The Believer's Mandate in the Marketplace is the sequel. His writing voice is distinctive: apostolic in weight, pastoral in warmth, African in directness, and relentlessly practical in application. He writes and speaks from the conviction that the church in Africa carries the most important treasure on earth, and that the generation which understands how to deploy that treasure in the marketplace will change the trajectory of the continent and the world.
Based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, he leads the Marketplace Apostles community, continuing to build the institutions and invest in the people that his mandate demands. He is available for conferences, leadership retreats, executive coaching, and institutional consulting through Marketplace Apostles International.
